Certified in Animal Chiropractic By The American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA)

Chiropractic optimizes proper function and motion of the spine, as well as all joints of the body. Dysfunctional areas, or areas of misalignment, are corrected using manual or instrument-assisted adjustments with the goal of restoring proper movement and function. Just as in humans, the spine and spinal musculature of animals govern the function of nerve flow within the body. Therefore, to obtain optimal nervous system function and health, all interference must be removed, and movement corrected, for proper function to be restored.
Who can practice?
"Chiropractic in Texas is legally restricted to the human body... The manipulation of animals is considered the practice of Veterinary Medicine and must be done only with the permission of the veterinarian in charge of the animal. It is not legally sufficient to manipulate an animal with the permission of the owner but without the permission of the supervising veterinarian."

Dr. Wickes is absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend her anytime. She worked with me and got me better than ever. She is a very good-hearted woman, and she also made my doggy very welcome every time he rode with me there. I and Bucky( my dog ) will miss them. 5 stars...
